O'Neill Explore 3mm Spring Wetsuit Now's your chance to get your hands on an O'Neill wetsuit, absolutely free.

These things are awesome. "Ooh, give me one of those", we hear you cry, "that I might remain warm and comfortable and also fashionable in the aquatic realm (which will transfer heat away from my body 20 times faster than air)".

"Also", you will probably add, "I want it for free. It's just the kind of person I am. Don't question it; you'll bring out my allergies." Well, alright then, here's your chance.

Following on from our enormously popular Gimp My Bride section, which attracted up to two genuine entries, we've decided that the only way we're going to give you a shot at looking cool (and yet warm at the same time: see what I did there?) for nowt, is if you earn it by proving you look naff. "But what's that supposed to mean?", you wail. Calm down, it's coming up in the next paragraph.

We want pictures of you either looking ridiculous in some sort of exposure protection or wearing some sort of ridiculous exposure protection in an inappropriate situation. Send us your pictures via the form below and the best (or worst) decided by our wanton editorial team will win the wetsuit.

Brad Lobectomy, 21st Century Fox For anyone that's still having trouble grasping what we're banging on about, we thought the pic on the left of Bradley Lobectomy trying to be cool in his drysuit thermals might explain.

OCEAN OPTICS UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE GUINEA PIG REPORT

I'm sure we could have stuck more nouns in that headline to make it less readable. Anyway, this is what Abbie Davies had to say about the Underwater Photography Course (run by Ocean Optics), that she won by winning the Guinea Pig competition in this here magazine:

Get the Hell Outta The Way, Hammerhead Well it was an incredibly long day, when Steve and Mark said they weren't clock-watchers, they weren't kidding! The friendliness and enthusiasm of the guys was apparent from my first phone call to them.

The facilities rendered me speechless (no mean feat!), the set is fantastic, plenty of artificial flora and fauna to keep me and my course buddies amused for hours, from the corals and myriad of critters awaiting their 'close up' to the friendly hammerhead and jellyfish, not forgetting the wreck and hovering diver on permanent deco!

The course content was thorough and informative without being too (dare I say it?) weighty, suitable for all levels of underwater photographer wannabes, even complete beginners like myself. Having the opportunity to learn about a huge variety of techniques, and then to go and put them into practice straight away in the pool made all the difference, as did the radiophone system used in the pool sessions, enabling Steve to take a quick peek at your camera and advise you straight away how you could improve further.
Coralia Corealis This course will certainly give you plenty to think about, taking your images home to ponder over will have you reaching for the next dive holiday brochure, and photography catalogue. The dedication the Ocean Optics team have in providing such a great course is unbelievable, and their great sense of humour, and generosity in passing on their knowledge will I'm sure inspire many underwater photographers in the future.
